5. Payment and Refunds

If you choose to purchase any paid courses or services:

• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be made in advance using accepted payment methods
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
• Digital content that has been accessed may not be eligible for refunds

6. Test Series and Assessments

SIR CBSE provides online test series and assessments for JEE and NEET preparation. You agree to attempt tests honestly without unauthorized assistance. Any attempt to cheat, use unfair means, or manipulate test results will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SIR CBSE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on SIR CBSE's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. SIR CBSE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
